Marcio Soares

I am in my second year of a 3-year BSc Degree in Physiotherapy at the University of East London. I’m specializing in Musculoskeletal, Neural, and Respiratory physiotherapy, which further enhances my holistic approach to physical and mental health.
I strive for our clients to develop long-term behavioural changes by improving their nutritional education, understanding corrective and progressive exercise routines to suit their goals, and how to fit them into their lifestyle. With the right balance, we can achieve great things.
I provide around-the-clock support and will help you build physical and mental strength along the way. I use a warm, friendly approach that helps to create an enjoyable atmosphere to help you reach your personal goals.

Travis Zanoni
Life long athlete and experienced trainer

With over fifteen years experience as a full time personal trainer Travis has enjoyed helping people of all ages and abilities achieve their health and fitness goals. From marathons, triathlon and ironman events, to getting ready for weddings and holidays, recovery and rehabilitation from injuries, and just day to day fitness and lifestyle needs, Travis can help you achieve your goal.
Growing up in Australia, Travis spent his formative years playing cricket and Australian rules football and spending weekends and holidays at the beach. He has been a dedicated and disciplined gym goer for over twenty years and has a wealth of experience to draw from to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.
Outside of gym based exercise Travis is a keen cyclist and can frequently be found in various states of exhaustion on our WattBike as he prepares to take on some French mountains as part of this year’s Tour de France’s Ètape event (2024).
Travis is a firm believer in training smartly and consistently. Do it right, do it often.
